本标准规定了以人工对比试样的反射信号为依据,检测钛及钛合金管材不连续性缺陷的涡流探伤方法。


Scope

This standard specifies the eddy current flaw detection method for detecting discontinuity defects of titanium and titanium alloy pipes based on the reflection signals of artificial comparison samples. This standard applies to eddy current flaw detection of seamless or welded titanium and titanium alloy pipes for condensers and heat exchangers with an outer diameter of ∮4 mm to ∮65 mm and a wall thickness of 0.5 mm to 4.5 mm.
