本标准规定了铝及铝合金冷拉薄壁管材穿过式涡流检测方法概述及检测人员、环境、设备与材料和样品准备、检测方法要求和检测记录、检测报告等内容。
本标准适用于外径为6mm~40mm、壁厚为0.5mm~1.8mm 的航空高压导管、普通导管及一般
用途的铝及铝合金无缝圆管的检测。


Scope

This standard specifies the overview of the through-type eddy current testing method for aluminum and aluminum alloy cold-drawn thin-walled pipes, testing personnel, environment, equipment and materials, sample preparation, testing method requirements, testing records, and testing reports. This standard applies to the detection of aviation high-pressure conduits with an outer diameter of 6 mm to 40 mm and a wall thickness of 0.5 mm to 1.8 mm, common conduits, and aluminum and aluminum alloy seamless round tubes for general purposes.
