《GB/T 12969.1-2007钛及钛合金管材超声波探伤方法》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC3(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会稀有金属分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
本标准规定了以人工对比试样的反射信号为依据,检测钛及钛合金管材不连续性缺陷的超声波探伤方法。


Scope

This standard specifies the ultrasonic flaw detection method for detecting discontinuity defects of titanium and titanium alloy pipes based on the reflection signals of artificial comparison samples. This standard applies to ultrasonic flaw detection of titanium and titanium alloy seamless or welded pipes for condensers and heat exchangers with an outer diameter of 6 mm to 80 mm, a wall thickness of 0.5 mm to 4.5 mm, and a ratio of wall thickness to outer diameter of not more than 0.2. . Ultrasonic flaw detection of titanium and titanium alloy pipes for other purposes can be referred to.
