《GB/T 18256-2015钢管无损检测 用于确认无缝和焊接钢管(埋弧焊除外)水压密实性的自动超声检测方法》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,TC183SC19(全国钢标准化技术委员会钢产品无损检测分会)执行,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本标准规定了无缝和焊接钢管(埋弧焊除外)的超声横波(由分立探头或相控技术产生)自动检测方法的一般要求,以确认其水压密实性。
本检测方法主要应用于纵向不连续性的检测。
必要时,制造商自行决定是否采用 Lamb波检测。
本标准适用于检测外径不小于10mm,且外径与壁厚之比不小于5的钢管。


Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements for the automatic testing method of ultrasonic shear waves (generated by discrete probes or phase control techniques) of seamless and welded steel pipes (except submerged arc welding) to confirm their hydraulic tightness. This detection method is mainly used in the detection of longitudinal discontinuity. When necessary, the manufacturer decides whether to use Lamb wave detection. This standard applies to steel pipes with an outer diameter of not less than 10 mm and a ratio of outer diameter to wall thickness of not less than 5.
