《GB/T 8651-2015金属板材超声板波探伤方法》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,TC183SC19(全国钢标准化技术委员会钢产品无损检测分会)执行,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本标准规定了金属板材超声板波探伤方法的术语和定义、一般要求、探伤设备、对比试样、板波模式的选择、探伤方法及缺陷评定等内容。
本标准适用于厚度不大于受检板材表面波波长5倍的金属板材超声板波探伤,但必须证实所激发的声波确为板波,并能以足够的探伤灵敏度进行探伤。


Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general requirements, flaw detection equipment, comparison samples, selection of plate wave modes, flaw detection methods and defect assessment of metal sheet metal plate ultrasonic flaw detection method. This standard applies to ultrasonic plate wave flaw detection of metal plates whose thickness is not more than 5 times the wavelength of the surface wave of the tested plate, but it must be confirmed that the sound wave excited is indeed a plate wave, and the flaw detection can be carried out with sufficient flaw detection sensitivity.
