Scope

This part of GB/T 13025 specifies the method for the determination of calcium and magnesium in salt products and salt chemical products. The volumetric method in Chapters 3 and 4 of this part is applicable to the determination of calcium and magnesium in salt products and salt chemical products and their raw materials; the atomic absorption spectrophotometry in Chapter 5 is applicable to the determination of trace amounts of calcium and magnesium in salt products. The detection limit of absorption spectrophotometry is: calcium 0.05mg/kg, magnesium 0.05mg/kg.
