《GB/T 13182-2007碘化钠(铊)闪烁体和碘化钠(铊)闪烁探测器》由TC30(全国核仪器仪表标准化技术委员会)归口,TC30SC1(全国核仪器仪表标准化技术委员会通用核仪器和辐射探测器分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准于1991年首次发布。
本标准代替GB/T 13182-1991《碘化钠(铊)闪烁探测器》。
本标准在原标准文本的基础上,总结原标准贯彻、实施的经验,并结合十几年来核辐射探测技术的进步和产品的发展而编写的。
本标准规定了碘化钠(铊)闪烁体和碘化钠(铊)闪烁探测器的产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输、贮存和随行文件。
本标准适用于测量X和γ射线的碘化钠(铊)闪烁体和碘化钠(铊)闪烁探测器。
本标准不适用于有特殊要求或特殊应用(例如CT 用)的碘化钠(铊)闪烁体和碘化钠(铊)闪烁探测器。
由于GB/T 13182-1991《碘化钠(铊)闪烁探测器》已修订为GB/T 13181-2002《闪烁体性能测量方法》,舍弃了有关碘化钠(铊)闪烁体产品标准的内容,而碘化钠(铊闪烁探测器)由闪烁体和光电倍增管组成,且测量闪烁体也需要配置光电倍增管,所以闪烁体与闪烁探测器密切相关,并有很多相同的技术要求,例如:
――能量分辨率、探测效率、本底水平(计数)等通用性能特性;
――对工作温度、贮存温度、恒定湿热、包装运输、振动和冲击等环境的适应性。
另外,它们在产品分类、检验规则,以及产品的标志、包装、运输、贮存和随行文件等方面也是基本相同的,所以本标准将闪烁探测器和闪烁体有机地融合在一起,综合表述它们的内容,名称改为《碘化钠(铊)闪烁体和碘化钠(铊)闪烁探测器》。
为提高标准的可读性和可操作性,本标准分别表述闪烁体和闪烁探测器的技术要求和试验方法。
本标准中性能特性的测量方法主要引自GB/T 13181-2002《闪烁体性能测量方法》和GB 7270-1987《光电倍增管测试方法》;产品的使用环境条件及其试验方法则引自GB/T 10263-2006《辐射探测器环境条件与试验方法》。
本标准对原标准的其他修改还有:
――范围部分增加“本标准不适用于有特殊要求和特殊应用的碘化钠(铊)闪烁体和碘化钠(铊)闪烁体探测器;”
――对型号命名以及所采用的代号和符号以“示例”形式提供;
――简化“晶体缺陷”的要求,修改相应的试验方法和检验规则;
――调整、规范了能量分辨率及其分级,提高了能量分辨率的准确度,以实现与国际接轨;
――提出了试验总则,特别是提出对试验设备和放射源的要求,规定了试验用的几种放射源;
――规范了检验项目一览表;
――增加随行文件的内容。


Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and accompanying documents of sodium iodide (thallium) scintillator and sodium iodide (thallium) scintillation detector. This standard applies to sodium iodide (thallium) scintillator and sodium iodide (thallium) scintillation detectors for measuring X and gamma rays. This standard does not apply to sodium iodide (thallium) scintillators and sodium iodide (thallium) scintillation detectors with special requirements or special applications (such as for CT).
