《GB/T 13248-2008橡胶和胶乳 锰含量的测定 高碘酸钠光度法》由TC35(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会)归口,TC35SC2(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会通用试验方法分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准代替GB/T13248―1991《硫化橡胶中锰含量的测定 高碘酸钠光度法》。本标准规定了两种用高碘酸钠光度法测定硫化橡胶、生胶、混炼胶和胶乳中的锰含量,两种方法还包括了含氯橡胶的分析测定。 本标准与GB/T13248―1991相比主要变化如下:
―――增加了适用范围(本版第1章,1991版第1章);
―――增加了四个引用文件(本版第2章);
―――修改了原理的陈述方法(本版第3章,1991版2.1;本版4.1,1991版3.1);
―――增加了试验中稳定水的制备过程(本版3.2.5;本版4.2.6);
―――增加了锰标准溶液的制备方法(本版3.2.7a);

Scope

Warning: Personnel using this standard should have practical experience in formal laboratory work. This standard does not point out all possible safety problems. Users are responsible for taking appropriate safety and health measures and ensuring compliance with relevant national laws and regulations. This standard specifies two kinds of sodium periodate photometric method for the determination of manganese content in vulcanized rubber, raw rubber, rubber compound and latex. The two methods also include the analysis and determination of chlorine-containing rubber. Chapter 3 of this standard stipulates that it is not affected by the large amount of fillers contained, which can be synthetic or natural silicates or calcium carbonate in different forms, or synthetic ingredients used under the test conditions and generate difficult Soluble phosphate complexing agent. Chapter 4 of this standard stipulates that raw rubber, synthetic natural rubber, isoprene rubber and latex contain a small amount of filler (not more than 10%): inert silicate filler or any kind of compounding agent, such as: titanium dioxide in the experiment Conditions will form an insoluble phosphate complexing agent.
