本标准规定了彩色涂层钢板及钢带9项性能试验方法，包括涂层厚度测定、涂层镜面光泽测定、弯曲试验、冲击试验、铅笔硬度试验、划格试验、盐雾试验、潮湿试验和加速气候试验，规定了试验的方法、试样、仪器、试验步骤、结果计算和试验报告内容等。本标准适用于上述9项彩色涂层钢板及钢带性能的检测，其中涂层厚度测定、镜面光泽测定和铅笔硬度测定方法不适用于彩色涂层钢板及钢带的压花产品。
