Scope

This standard specifies the clothing climate zoning limits and the thermal insulation configuration requirements for labor protective clothing in each district. This standard applies to cold-proof clothing for workers working outdoors in winter. Cold-proof clothing for workers working in low-temperature environments all year round can also be implemented by reference.
