Scope

Terms and definitions, principles, standard test conditions, test apparatus and materials, test procedures, test result calculation and test report for density determination of sealants for construction and civil engineering. This standard is applicable to the determination of density of sealants for construction and civil engineering, of which the metal ring method is applicable to non-drooping sealants, and the metal mold frame method is applicable to non-drooping and self-leveling sealants.
