Introduction

1. Background and significance of the standard revision

GB/T13549-2016 "Industrial Chlorosulfonic Acid" is a comprehensive revision of the 2008 version of the standard, which mainly makes important adjustments to product quality and technical requirements. This revision takes into account the technological progress of the industry and changes in market demand, optimizes the detection methods, and strengthens safety protection requirements.

2. Comparison of standard frameworks

Standard version Appearance requirements Chlorosulfonic acid content (%) Sulfuric acid content (%) Test method

3. Interpretation of standard technical requirements

3.1 Determination of mass fraction of chlorosulfonic acid and sulfuric acid

Potentiometric titration (arbitration method) is an important improvement in this revision. This method uses a glass electrode and a silver electrode to measure the total acidity and hydrogen chloride content respectively, thereby calculating the mass fraction of chlorosulfonic acid and sulfuric acid.

The test steps include sample preparation, titration analysis and result calculation. Key data such as V1 (sodium hydroxide consumption) and V2 (silver nitrate consumption) need to be accurately recorded to ensure the accuracy of the results.

4. Implementation suggestions

  • Quality control:Enterprises should establish a complete internal testing system and conduct factory inspection and random inspection in strict accordance with the standards.
  • Storage and transportation:Industrial chlorosulfonic acid is a corrosive dangerous good and must be marked in accordance with GB190 regulations, packaged in special containers, and strictly follow the transportation rules for dangerous goods.
  • Safety protection:Operators should wear protective equipment and take emergency measures in time in case of accidents. Clause 7.5 of the standard particularly emphasizes the requirements for moisture prevention and leakage treatment.
