《GB/T 13658-2015多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯》由TC15(全国塑料标准化技术委员会)归口,TC15SC8(全国塑料标准化技术委员会聚氨酯塑料分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯(以下简称聚合MDI)的要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输、贮存等。
本标准适用于苯胺经缩合、光气化、分离、精馏制得的多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯。


Introduction

Interpretation of GB/T13658-2015 Standard

1. Background and Significance of Standard Formulation

GB/T13658-2015 "Polymethylene Polyphenyl Isocyanate" is a national standard of the People's Republic of China, which is used to regulate the quality requirements of aromatic isocyanates used in polyurethane production. This standard replaces GB/T13658 (1992 edition). The main revisions include:

  • Added product classification
  • Cancelled the classification of qualified products, first-class products and superior products
  • Increased the acidity index to 0.030%
  • Changed the density from a random inspection item to a type inspection item

2. Scope of application of the standard

This standard applies to polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanates prepared by condensation, phosgenation, separation and distillation of aniline, which are widely used in:

  • Manufacturing of polyurethane rigid foam
  • Isocyanurate foam system
  • Coatings, adhesives, anti-seepage and plugging and other fields
