Scope
This document specifies the reagents or materials, instruments, equipment, samples, test procedures, data processing, precision, quality assurance and control, and test report requirements for the determination of uranium isotopes in uranium hexafluoride using single-standard gas mass spectrometry. This document applies to the measurement of uranium isotope abundance and isotope abundance ratios in uranium hexafluoride samples.
