本标准规定了单标准气体质谱法UF6铀同位素分析的方法和步骤。本标准适用于六氟化铀样品铀同位素丰度和丰度比的测量。采用合适的标样,该方法可用于铀-235所有丰度范围的样品的任何同位素的分析。本标准也适用于铀同位素分离研究中分离系数的测定。


Scope

This standard specifies the methods and procedures for UF6 uranium isotope analysis by single standard gas mass spectrometry. This standard is applicable to the measurement of uranium isotopic abundance and abundance ratio of UF6 samples. Using appropriate standards, the method can be used for the analysis of any isotope in samples of all abundance ranges of uranium-235. This standard is also applicable to the determination of the separation factor in uranium isotope separation research.
