《GB/T 13730-2002地区电网调度自动化系统》由TC82（全国电力系统管理及其信息交换标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电力企业联合会。
本标准规定了地区电网调度自动化系统的技术要求、测试方法和检验规则。本标准适用于地区级电网的调度自动化系统。企业供电网及其他供电网的调度自动化系统、变电站集中控制系统亦可参照使用。

1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules with regards to the dispatching automation system for district power networks.
This standard is applicable to the dispatching automation system for district power networks and used as a reference to the enterprise dispatch automation system of power supply network and other power supply networks and the centralized control system in the transformer substation.
