Introduction
GB/T13754—2017 Determination Method for Heat Dissipation of Heating Radiators
1. Background and Significance of Standard Formulation
GB/T13754—2017 "Determination Method for Heat Dissipation of Heating Radiators" is a comprehensive revision of the original standard GB/T13754—2008, mainly targeting the performance test of radiators in building heating systems. With the improvement of energy-saving requirements for buildings in my country, accurate measurement of radiator heat dissipation is of great significance for optimizing heating systems and improving energy efficiency.
2. Comparative analysis of standard frameworks
| Standard content | GB/T13754—2008 | GB/T13754—2017 (new/modified) |
|---|---|---|
| Standard name | Determination method of heat dissipation of heating radiators | Determination method of heat dissipation of heating radiators (newly added the word "heating") |
| Test scope | Radiator with water as heat medium | Explicitly not applicable to radiators with their own heat source, extended to a wider range of heating systems |
| Compartment size | No clear regulations | Newly added requirements for the net dimensions of the chamber: length and width are both 4.00m±0.02m, and height is 2.80m~3.00m |
3. Recommendations and precautions for the implementation of the standard
Case analysis: Optimization of a laboratory test environment
When a certain testing agency used a water-cooled chamber, it was found that the temperature deviation of the inner surface of the radiator was large due to the sandwich structure problem. By optimizing the thickness of the insulation material (not less than 80mm) and adding an air circulation system, the temperature deviation of the center of each wall surface was successfully controlled within ±0.3℃, meeting the standard requirements.
- It is recommended that the testing laboratory calibrate the measuring instruments regularly to ensure that the measurement errors of parameters such as flow and temperature meet the requirements.
- For the first application for testing of radiator types or models, product drawings and samples should be submitted at the same time so that the laboratory can check the key dimensions and material properties.
- In the process of establishing the standard characteristic formula, it is recommended to use the least squares method to fit the index and coefficient to ensure the accuracy of the model.
