《GB/T 13869-2008用电安全导则》由TC25（全国电气安全标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定用电安全的基本原则、基本要求和管理要求，以及用电产品的设计制造与选用、安装与使用、维修等，用以规范安全用电行为和为人身财产提供安全保障。本标准适用于额定电压为交流１０００Ｖ 及以下、直流１５００Ｖ 及以下的各类电气设备和电气装置在设计、使用、维修和安全管理过程中与之相关的人员及职能部门
Scope
This standard specifies the basic principles, basic requirements and management requirements for electricity safety. The design, manufacture and selection, installation and use, maintenance and other requirements for electric products are also for the reason of safe use of electricity. This standard applies to personnel and functional departments related to the design, use, maintenance and safety management of various electrical equipment and electrical installations with rated voltages of AC 1000V and below and DC 1500V and below.
