Introduction
Overview of GB/T13875-2015 Standard
Walking tractors are one of the important power machinery in agricultural production. Their quality and technical performance directly affect the efficiency and safety of agricultural production. This standard GB/T13875-2015 "General Technical Conditions for Walking Tractors" replaces the old standard GB/T13875-2004, and comprehensively revises and improves the product technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, etc. to meet the new needs of the development of modern agricultural machinery.

Technical Requirements Interpretation and Practical Application
Case Study: Tractor Appearance Quality Inspection
According to standard 3.1.4, the appearance quality of walk-behind tractors should comply with the provisions of JB/T6712. For example, in actual production, a company found that the paint film adhesion performance of its tractor cover did not meet the requirements of Class II. By improving the painting process and adding pre-treatment procedures, the problem was finally solved and passed the pressure cutting test specified in GB/T9832.2-1999.
Implementation Suggestions
- Technology Upgrade: Companies should adjust their production processes according to the new standards, especially the electrical system and emission control parts.
- Quality Control: Strengthen factory inspection to ensure that all items meet the requirements of Table 1, especially Class A non-conforming items must pass 100%.
- Training and Communication: Provide new standard training to production, quality inspection and technical personnel to ensure understanding and implementation.
