《GB/T 13875-2004手扶拖拉机 通用技术条件》由TC140（全国拖拉机标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了手扶拖拉机的通用技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、交货、标志、运输及贮存等。本标准适用于各种型号的手扶拖拉机，其他由驾驶员步行操纵扶手的动力机具亦可参照执行。
Scope
This standard specifies the general technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, delivery, marking, transportation and storage of walking tractors. This standard is applicable to various types of walking tractors (hereinafter referred to as tractors), and other power tools that are controlled by the driver on foot. It can also be implemented as a reference.
