《GB/T 14176-2003林业机械 便携式割灌机和割草机 技术条件》由TC61（全国林业机械标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家林业和草原局。
本标准规定了便携式割灌机和割草机的技术要求、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于以内燃机为动力的侧挂式、手持式割灌机和割草机，背负式割灌机和割草机除整机平衡外亦适用于本标准。
Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of portable brush cutters and lawn mowers. This standard applies to side-mounted and hand-held brush cutters powered by internal combustion engines. Backpack brush cutters and lawn mowers are also applicable to this standard except for the balance of the whole machine.
