《GB/T 14286-2008带电作业工具设备术语》由TC36（全国带电作业标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电力企业联合会。
本标准代替GB/T 14286-2002《带电作业工具设备术语》。
本标准规定了带电作业的一些重要术语，它涉及带电作业技术的主要范畴。
本标准适用于制定、修订带电作业标准、规程，编写和翻译专业文献、教材及书刊。与带电作业技术有关的其他领域亦可参照使用。
本标准与GB/T 14286-2002相比，调整的内容如下：
―――去掉IEC前言；
―――对部分术语的名称进行了调整，如：连接线板?放线联板、转线滑轮组?牵引机、卷线器?牵引机卷筒等；
―――对于“电位转移”、“人体体表电场”、“人体电流”、“组合间隙”等我国常用术语而IEC60743中又没有的内容仍予以保留。
Scope
This standard specifies some important terms of live working, which involves the main category of live working technology. This standard is applicable to formulating and revising live working standards and regulations, compiling and translating professional literature, teaching materials and books and periodicals. Other fields related to live working technology can also be used as a reference.
