《GB/T 1456-2005夹层结构弯曲性能试验方法》由TC39(全国纤维增强塑料标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会
本标准规定了夹层结构弯曲性能的试验原理、试验设备、试样、状态调节、试验步骤、计算、试验结果及试验报告等。本标准适用于测定夹层结构承受弯曲时面板的应力和芯子的剪切应力;夹层结构的弯曲刚度和剪切刚度,夹层结构面板的弹性模量和芯子的剪切模量;也适用于测定面板与芯子之间的胶接强度。


Scope

This standard specifies the test principle, test equipment, samples, state adjustment, test procedure, calculation, test results and test report, etc. of the bending performance of sandwich structures. This standard applies to the determination of the stress of the panel and the shear stress of the core when the sandwich structure is subjected to bending; the bending stiffness and shear stiffness of the sandwich structure, the elastic modulus of the panel of the sandwich structure and the shear modulus of the core; it is also applicable to Determination of the bond strength between the panels and the core.
