本标准规定了聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纤维原丝结构和形态的测定。
本标准适用于测定聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纤维原丝(以下简称原丝)的平均分子量及分子量分布、共聚组成、立构规整性、晶区取向函数、表面元素组成、表面形貌及表面粗糙度、微孔洞缺陷、玻璃化转变温度、预氧化热效应和热失重。也适用于测定聚丙烯腈基碳纤维表面元素组成、表面形貌及表面粗糙度和微孔洞缺陷。


Scope

This standard specifies the determination of the structure and morphology of polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-based carbon fiber precursors. This standard applies to the determination of polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-based carbon fiber precursors (hereinafter referred to as precursors) average molecular weight and molecular weight distribution, copolymerization composition, stereoregularity, crystal orientation function, surface element composition, surface morphology and surface Roughness, microvoid defects, glass transition temperature, pre-oxidation thermal effect, and thermogravimetric loss.
