《GB/T 1458-2023纤维缠绕增强复合材料环形试样力学性能试验方法》由TC39(全国纤维增强塑料标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会。
Introduction
1. Background and significance of the standard
GB/T 1458-2023 "Test method for mechanical properties of annular specimens of fiber-wound reinforced composite materials" is a revision of the original standard GB/T1458-2008, which mainly adds the scope of application of tensile tests, requirements for fiber-wound reinforced composite pipe specimens and provisions for shear test fixtures. This standard provides a unified method for determining the interlaminar shear strength, tensile strength, elastic modulus and fiber tensile strength of annular specimens of unidirectional fiber-wound reinforced composite materials.
2. Comparison of standard frameworks
| Version | Main changes | Scope of application |
|---|---|---|
| GB/T 1458—2008 | - Includes tensile and shear test methods - Does not involve the requirements for fiber-wound reinforced composite pipe specimens | Unidirectional fiber-wound reinforced plastic ring specimens |
| GB/T 1458—2023 | - Adds the scope of application of tensile test - Clarifies the requirements for fiber-wound reinforced composite pipe specimens - Specifies the parameters of shear test fixtures | Unidirectional fiber-wound reinforced composite ring specimens and pipes |
3. Implementation suggestions and precautions
Equipment selection:It is recommended to use a curing device with a high-precision temperature control system to ensure the stability of the fiber winding process. It is recommended to use digital measuring instruments to improve the accuracy of test data.
Material processing:Before making the sample, the fiber, resin and other raw materials must be dried in strict accordance with the standard requirements to avoid performance deviations caused by humidity fluctuations.
Process optimization:For the wet winding process, it is recommended to control the line speed not to exceed 28m/min to balance production efficiency and material uniformity. In the prepreg process, special attention should be paid to the preheating temperature of the mold to ensure that the resin is fully cured.
