《GB/T 14781-2014土方机械 轮胎式机器 转向要求》由TC334（全国土方机械标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了用于评价按ISO6014所测定的行驶速度大于20km/h自行的橡胶轮胎式土方机械转向能力的转向系统试验方法和性能准则。
本标准适用于ISO6165中定义的安装机械转向系统、动力助力转向系统或动力转向系统的推土机、装载机、挖掘装载机、挖掘机、自卸车、铲运机和平地机。
本标准不适用于压路机、压实机或吊管机。
Scope
This standard specifies the test methods and performance criteria for the steering system used to evaluate the steering ability of rubber-tyred earth-moving machines with a driving speed greater than 20 km/h measured according to ISO 6014. This standard applies to bulldozers, loaders, backhoe loaders, excavators, dump trucks, scrapers and motor graders fitted with mechanical steering, power assisted steering or power steering as defined in ISO 6165. This standard does not apply to rollers, compactors or pipelayers.
