《GB/T 14832-2008标准弹性体材料与液压液体的相容性试验》由TC35(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会)归口,TC35SC3(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会密封制品分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准代替GB/T14832―1993《橡胶材料与液压液体的相容性试验》。本标准规定了评价标准弹性体与液压液体相容性的试验方法。标准弹性体是按照规定的配方和工艺制造的,用于对液体进行基本比较。本标准与GB/T14832―1993相比主要变化如下:
―――名称改为《标准弹性体材料与液压液体的相容性试验》;
―――增加目次、前言、引言;
―――增加了一种丁腈橡胶标准配方和氢化丁腈橡胶标准配方;
―――删除弹性体相容性指数术语及定义;
―――取消了体积变化指数等相关内容。
Scope
This standard specifies the test methods for evaluating the compatibility of standard elastomers with hydraulic fluids. The standard elastomers are manufactured according to the specified formula and process, and are used for basic comparison of fluids. This standard provides the formulations, mixing procedures and vulcanization procedures of five kinds of elastomeric compounds: a) nitrile rubber (NBR1 and NBR2); b) fluororubber (FKM2); c) EPDM rubber (EPDM1); d) Hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR1). This procedure evaluates the effects of mineral-based hydraulic fluids, flame-retardant hydraulic fluids, and biodegradable hydraulic fluids on elastomers by measuring the physical properties of corresponding test elastomer standard specimens before and after immersion under controlled conditions. This standard does not provide the actual use of the elastomer material formulations, if necessary, the actual use of elastomers can be tested using these compatibility procedures.
