《GB/T 14913-2008直流数字电压表及直流模数转换器》由TC104（全国电工仪器仪表标准化技术委员会）归口，TC104SC2（全国电工仪器仪表标准化技术委员会电工和电磁量测量设备分会）执行，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了直流数字电压表及直流模数转换器的术语、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于数字式直流电压测量仪器(以下简称仪器)及数据与信息的处理设备或系统中旨在对直流电压进行转换的电子模/数转换器(以下简称转换器)。
本标准也适用于测量仪器与附件的组合。
本标准的某些部分可适用于其他种类的直流模/数转换器,如数字电阻表、直流数字电流表。
本标准不适用于对交流电压进行测量或转换的仪器。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of DC digital voltmeters and DC analog-to-digital converters. This standard applies to digital DC voltage measuring instruments (hereinafter referred to as instruments) and electronic analog-to-digital converters (hereinafter referred to as converters) designed to convert DC voltage in data and information processing equipment or systems. This standard also applies to combinations of measuring instruments and accessories. Some parts of this standard can be applied to other types of DC analog/digital converters, such as digital resistance meters and DC digital ammeters. This standard does not apply to instruments that measure or convert alternating voltages.
