In-depth interpretation of GB/T15112-2017 shaft sinking winch standard

I. Standard background and technical evolution analysis

GB/T15112-2017 "Shaft sinking winch" standard replaces the old version GB/T15112-2007, mainly for winches used for suspension equipment when sinking shafts in coal mines, metal mines and non-metallic mines. The new standard has made many updates and improvements in technical requirements and normative reference documents.


II. Comparison of standard frameworks

Unspecified requirements for worm gear material Toroidal worm reducer should adopt straight profile or plane secondary enveloping transmission, and specify that the worm gear material should not be lower than the provisions of ZCuSn10P1 in GB/T1176-2013.
Unspecified maximum static tension tolerance The maximum static tension tolerance of the two steel ropes of the double-drum winding winch is clear, and the specific values are shown in Table 2.
The temperature rise requirements of reducers are not involved. The oil temperature rise of toroidal worm reducers and cylindrical gear reducers shall not exceed 60℃ and 50℃ respectively, and the maximum temperature of the oil pool shall not exceed 80℃ and 70℃ respectively.

III. Explanation of professional terms and practical application cases

1. Toroidal worm reducer

The toroidal worm reducer is a reduction device with high transmission efficiency and small size, which is suitable for occasions with high space requirements. For example, in the underground environment of coal mines, the use of toroidal worm reducers can effectively save space and improve transmission efficiency.

2. Maximum static tension of wire rope

The maximum static tension of wire rope refers to the maximum pulling force that the wire rope can withstand in a static state. For example, the maximum static tension of the wire rope of a winch marked as JZA-5/1000 is 50kN.


IV. Implementation suggestions

  1. Selection and procurement:Select the appropriate model according to the specific application scenario, and refer to the basic parameters in Table 1 for selection.
  2. Installation and commissioning:Install strictly in accordance with standard requirements to ensure that all parts meet technical requirements, especially the installation position and accuracy of reducers and brakes.
  3. Use and maintenance:Regularly check the working status of wire ropes, reducers and brakes, lubricate and clean them according to standard requirements, and avoid overload operation of equipment.
  4. Inspection and testing: Regularly conduct various tests specified in the test methods to ensure that the equipment performance meets the standard requirements, especially the noise level and temperature rise indicators.
