《GB/T 15144-2009管形荧光灯用交流电子镇流器性能要求》由TC224（全国照明电器标准化技术委员会）归口，TC224SC1（全国照明电器标准化技术委员会电光源及其附件分会）执行，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了管形荧光灯及其他高频工作的管形荧光灯用电子镇流器的性能要求，此种镇流器使用频率为５０Ｈｚ或６０Ｈｚ，电压在１０００Ｖ以下的电源，其工作频率不同于电源的频率，与其匹配使用的管形荧光灯应符合ＧＢ／Ｔ１０６８２和ＧＢ／Ｔ１７２６２的要求。
