《GB/T 15144-2005管形荧光灯用交流电子镇流器性能要求》由TC224（全国照明电器标准化技术委员会）归口，TC224SC1（全国照明电器标准化技术委员会电光源及其附件分会）执行，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会
本标准规定了管形荧光灯及其他高频工作的管形荧光灯用电子镇流器的性能要求，此种镇流器使用频率为50Hz或60Hz，电压在1000V以下的电源，其工作频率不同于电源的频率，与其匹配使用的管形荧光灯应符合IEC 60081和IEC 60901的要求。

Scope

This standard specifies the performance requirements for electronic ballasts used in tubular fluorescent lamps and other high-frequency tubular fluorescent lamps. The operating frequency of such ballasts is 50Hz or 60Hz, and the operating frequency of the power supply below 1000V is different from that of the power supply. The frequency of the tubular fluorescent lamp used with it shall meet the requirements of IEC 60081 and IEC 60901.
