Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
| Technical indicators | GB/T 15144-2020 requirements | IEC60929 differences |
|---|---|---|
| Starting conditions | The preheating type must meet the minimum energy formula Emin=Qmin+Pmin×t | Added DC control device test requirements |
| Line power factor | Deviation from the nominal value ≤0.05 | Delete energy efficiency grade requirements |
| Durability test | 220 times -20℃~80℃ temperature cycle | Add tc+10K ambient temperature test |
Key technical requirements
1. Starting characteristics
The standard stipulates two starting modes:
- Preheating start: cathode heating energy must meet Emin≥Qmin+Pmin×t, absolute preheating time ≥0.4s
- Non-preheating start: glow discharge time ≤100ms, open circuit voltage must meet the requirements of Appendix D
Application case
A certain T5 The measured preheating energy of the 28W fluorescent lamp control device is 1.8J (t=0.6s), which meets the parameter requirements of Qmin=1.2J and Pmin=1W.
2. Dimming control requirements
Evaluated using SoS (Sum of Square Current) and CV (Cathode Voltage):
| Dimming Level | Test Current | SoS Lower Limit |
|---|---|---|
| IDmin | 10%Itest | CV≥4.35V |
| ID30 | 30%Itest | ≥0.282A1 |
Implementation suggestions
- For multi-lamp parallel system, it is necessary to ensure that the parasitic parameters of each branch are consistent (L≤2μH, C≤150pF)
- The power supply voltage that is most unfavorable to temperature should be selected during durability test
- The digital interface control device must also meet the IEC62386 standard
Standard Evolution Analysis
Main changes compared to the 2009 version:
- Added technical requirements for DC electronic control devices
- Deleted energy efficiency grade related clauses
- Strengthened cathodic protection requirements under dimming state (see Chapter 8.3)
- Added SoS-CV test method provided in Appendix F/G
