《GB/T 15227-2019建筑幕墙气密、水密、抗风压性能检测方法》由TC448(全国建筑幕墙门窗标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为住房和城乡建设部。
Introduction
Interpretation of the core content of the standard
| Test items | Key indicators | Test methods | Technological evolution |
|---|---|---|---|
| Airtightness | Permeability per unit seam length/area | Pressure difference method (100Pa→10Pa conversion) | New engineering test methods and verification procedures |
| Watertightness | Anti-leakage pressure value | Stable pressurization method/fluctuating pressurization method | Requirements for distinguishing between typhoon and non-typhoon areas |
| Wind pressure resistance | Surface normal deflection value | Deformation→repetition→safety three-stage detection | Optimize safety detection and assessment rules |
Key technical points
1. Detection device requirements
The standard clearly states that the detection device must include core components such as pressure box and watering system, among which:
- Pressure box sealing requirements: additional penetration ≤ 50% of the specimen penetration
- Watering device accuracy: spray uniformity deviation ≤ ±15% (Appendix B verification requirements)
- Displacement meter accuracy: must reach 0.25% of the full scale
2. Specimen installation specifications
Special requirements for different types of curtain walls:
• At least 4 glass panels that match the actual project
• Structural static test can be used as an alternative when the span is >18m
Main changes in the standard
- New test items: Air tightness test on the back of open curtain walls (Clause 4.4)
- Improve the verification system: Add verification methods for air flow measurement system (Appendix A) and sprinkler system (Appendix B)
- Optimize the testing process: The duration of wind pressure safety test pressure is extended from 1s to 3s (Clause 10.2.1.5)
Project implementation suggestions
| Links | Precautions |
|---|---|
| Test specimen preparation | Must include typical joints, and the error between the proportion of the open part and the actual project is ≤5% |
| Testing sequence | Grading testing should follow the process of airtightness → wind pressure deformation → watertightness → wind pressure repeated pressurization |
| Data recording | The surface normal displacement under each level of pressure difference must be recorded (accurate to 0.01mm) |
Special requirements for tropical areas
According to clause 4.6, engineering testing in typhoon areas must adopt the fluctuating pressurization method, with a fluctuating period of 3-5 seconds and a water spraying volume of ≥4L/(m²·min).
