Detailed explanation of core test methods
1. Mechanical properties test
Electronic universal testing machineIn the bending performance test, the load-deflection curve needs to be recorded, the span reference value is 210mm, and the loading speed is 2-5mm/min. The 2023 version places special emphasis on the directional placement requirements for continuous fiber reinforced specimens.
2. Durability test
Two new modes of automatic and manual are added for the antifreeze test:
- Manual mode: -20℃ freezing for 2h + 20℃ water melting for 1h as one cycle
- Automatic mode: Equipment that complies with JG/T 243 is required
