《GB/T 15306.2-2008陶瓷可转位刀片 第2部分：带孔刀片尺寸》由TC91（全国刀具标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
GB/T15306的本部分规定了刀尖倒圆、带圆柱形固定孔、法向后角为0°、用陶瓷切削材料制成的可转位刀片的尺寸。这些刀片主要从顶部和孔,或只通过孔夹紧在车刀和镗刀刀杆上。
本部分适用于各种陶瓷切削材料制成的带孔可转位刀片。
陶瓷切削材料由各种不同的氧化物、氮化物和碳化物及金属等组成。例如,这类陶瓷材料有:氧化物陶瓷(主要由氧化铝Al2O3 组成)、氧化物�蔡蓟�物陶瓷(主要由氧化铝和其他材料如碳化钛TiC 组成)、氮化物陶瓷(一般由氮化硅Si3N4 和其他材料如氧化钇Y2O3 及氧化铝组成)。

Scope

This part of GB/15306 specifies the dimensions of indexable inserts made of ceramic cutting materials with rounded corners, cylindrical fixing holes, and a normal relief angle of 0°. These inserts are clamped on turning and boring tool holders primarily from the top and the hole, or only through the hole. This section applies to indexable inserts with holes made of various ceramic cutting materials. Ceramic cutting materials are composed of various oxides, nitrides, carbides and metals. For example, such ceramic materials are: oxide ceramics (mainly composed of alumina Al₂O₃), oxide-carbide ceramics (mainly composed of alumina and other materials such as iron carbide TiC ), nitride ceramics (generally composed of silicon nitride Si₃N₄ and other materials such as yttrium oxide Y₂0₃ and alumina).
