Key technology evolution
Compared with the 2003 version, the main improvements include: Addition of water-based fluid applicability requirements (7.4.1/7.9.3), Adjustment of R3 type dimensional tolerances (Table 1), Addition of visual inspection clauses (7.11). Delete obsolete indicators such as wear resistance, and focus more on actual working conditions.
Fluid compatibility key data
Oil-based fluids are applicable to temperatures of -40℃~+100℃, and Water-based fluids are applicable to temperatures of 0℃~+60℃. Lining layer oil expansion rate requirements: 1TE-3TE type ≤25%, R3/R6 type ≤100% (7.9.2).
Implementation recommendations
- When selecting, give priority to 3TE type for high pressure conditions (16MPa)
- Water-based systems should select types that pass the 7.4.1 pulse test
- Regularly check the integrity of hose markings (8.1 requirements)
