1. Background and significance of standard formulation

3. Interpretation of the core content of the standard
3.1 Rubber material performance requirements
The minimum tensile strength of the rubber material is 10.0 MPa, and the minimum elongation at break is 400%. The Shore hardness is required to be within the range of 55±5 degrees to ensure the deformation recovery ability of the diaphragm at different temperatures.
3.2 Liquid resistance performance test
The liquid resistance test uses a type II specimen, which is pre-baked at 70℃ for 16 hours before being immersed in the test. The mass change rate and volume change rate must be controlled within ±20% and ±30% respectively to ensure the stability of the diaphragm in a complex medium environment.
3.3 Low temperature resistance
The ordinary diaphragm needs to be kept at -10℃ for 1 hour, and the low temperature diaphragm needs to be kept at -20℃ for 1 hour. After the test, visually check the surface for no fracture, crack or delamination.
