Introduction
1. Background and purpose of the standard
GB/T 33381-2016 is China's first national standard for rubber hoses for automotive turbochargers, which aims to standardize the technical requirements, test methods and quality control of such hoses. The standard is based on the international standard ISO 17324:2014 and has been modified and improved in light of China's actual situation.
2. Hose classification and technical parameters

3. Material and structural requirements
Hoses are usually composed of the following three layers:
- Inner lining:Provides pressure resistance and chemical stability, and commonly used materials include EPDM, FKM, etc.
- Reinforcement layer:Uses synthetic fabric or steel wire winding to improve the hose's pressure resistance and fatigue resistance.
- Outer covering:Protects the hose from environmental damage, and commonly used materials include PA, AR, etc.

5. Implementation suggestions and precautions
Selection suggestions:Choose the appropriate type and grade of hose according to the actual working conditions to ensure that its temperature and pressure resistance meet the requirements.
Test method:Strictly test according to the test method specified in the standard, especially the performance verification under high temperature, low temperature and dynamic pressure.
Storage conditions:It is recommended to store in a cool and dry place to avoid direct sunlight and mechanical damage.
