《GB/T 1539-2007纸板耐破度的测定》由TC141（全国造纸工业标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了以增加液压来测定纸板耐破度的方法。本标准适用于耐破度在350kPa~5500kPa的所有纸板（包括瓦楞纸板和硬纸板）。本标准代替GB/T 1539-1989。本标准等同采用ISO 2759:2001《纸板　耐破度的测定》。本标准仅作编辑性修改，在技术内容上完全相同。本标准与GB/T 1539-1989相比主要变化如下：

Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the bursting strength of cardboard by increasing the hydraulic pressure. This standard applies to all cardboards (including corrugated cardboard and cardboard) with a bursting strength of 35OkPa to 5500kPa. This standard also applies to paper and paperboard used to manufacture high bursting strength materials, such as corrugated cardboard, whose bursting strength is as low as 5OkPa. In this case, the measurement results may not be able to achieve the accuracy and precision described in this method, and it should be indicated in the test report that the measurement results are lower than the minimum value of the measurement range required by this method. For materials with a burst strength between 35OkPa and 1400kPa, if the test method is not specified in the commercial agreement, all materials with a burst strength lower than 600kPa (excluding cardboard and corrugated cardboard) shall be measured by GB/T 454, and the rest shall be measured by this standard. standard.
