《GB/T 15440-1995环境中有机污染物遗传毒性检测的样品前处理规范》由467（生态环境部）归口，主管部门为生态环境部。
本规范规定了环境中有机污染物遗传毒性检测时样品前处理的技术要求。本规范分五篇：第一篇大气可吸入颗粒物样品前处理第二篇地面水及废水样品前处理第三篇非水液态废弃物样品前处理第四篇土壤及沉积物样品前处理第五篇固体废弃物样品前处理规范所给定义仅限定在本规范内使用，不具普遍性。本规范不对样品前处理的质量控制及操作安全性作全面阐述，仅对特定问题给以说明，其他问题应遵从合格实验室准则的有关原则。本规范的质量控制原则皆以遗传毒性检测系统本身正常为前提。本规范不另提供记录表格，样品前处理过程的记录应遵从常规分析测试原则。本规范适用于大气可吸入颗粒物中非挥发性有机物，不适用于大气可吸入颗粒物的气态及半气态有机物。

Scope

This specification is applicable to non-volatile organic compounds in atmospheric respirable particulate matter, but not to gaseous and semi-state organic compounds in atmospheric respirable particulate matter.
