《GB/T 15479-1995工业自动化仪表绝缘电阻、绝缘强度技术要求和试验方法》由TC124（全国工业过程测量控制和自动化标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了工业自动化仪表绝缘电阻、绝缘强度的技术要求和试验方法。本标准适用于一般工作条件下使用的交、直流供电的工业自动化仪表，特殊工作条件(如：防爆、防水、防腐、防霉、耐湿热型等)下使用的仪表所额外的技术要求和安全试验，不属于本标准的内容。本标准也适用于直接作用式的工业自动化仪表(如：直接指示和记录型仪表)。本标准不适用于系统成套装置。其绝缘电阻、绝缘强度的技术要求和试验方法按有关标准或制造厂的规定，或由制造厂与用户协商确定。

Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods for the insulation resistance and insulation strength of industrial automation instruments. This standard applies to AC and DC power supply industrial automation instruments (hereinafter referred to as instruments) used under general working conditions, and additional requirements for instruments used under special working conditions (such as: explosion-proof, waterproof, anti-corrosion, mildew-proof, heat and humidity resistance, etc.) The technical requirements and safety tests are not part of the content of this standard. This standard also applies to direct-acting industrial automation instruments (such as: direct indicating and recording instruments). This standard does not apply to system complete sets of devices. The technical requirements and test methods of insulation resistance and insulation strength shall be determined by the relevant standards or the manufacturer's regulations, or negotiated by the manufacturer and the user.
