Article 8.9 of the standard stipulates: Devices with filtering functions must reduce the system harmonic content by more than 50%. Typical configuration scheme:

Reactance rate 7%: for 5th harmonic
Reactance rate 14%: for 3rd harmonic
When using IGBT dynamic compensation, THD<5% must be met
