本标准规定了水土保持综合治理验收的分类、各类验收的条件、组织、内容、程序、成果要求、成果评价和建立技术档案。本标准适用于以小流域为单的水土保持综合治理验收。

Scope

This standard stipulates the classification of water and soil conservation comprehensive treatment acceptance, various acceptance conditions, organization, content, procedures, achievement requirements, achievement evaluation and establishment of technical files. This standard applies to the acceptance of comprehensive control of water and soil conservation with small watersheds as units. For large and medium watersheds or large-area key control areas above the county level, the control of small watersheds as a unit can be used as a reference.
