《GB/T 15773-2008水土保持综合治理 验收规范》由332（水利部）归口，主管部门为水利部。
本标准规定了水土保持综合治理验收的分类，各类验收的条件、组织、内容、程序、成果要求、成果评
价以及建立技术档案的要求。
本标准适用于由中央投资、地方投资和利用外资的以小流域为单元的水土保持综合治理以及专项
工程等水土保持工程的验收。群众和社会出资的水土保持治理的验收可参照执行；大中流域或县以上
大面积重点治理区的验收，也可参照本标准。

Scope

This standard stipulates the classification of comprehensive control of water and soil conservation, the conditions, organization, content, procedures, requirements for results, evaluation of results and requirements for establishing technical files for various types of acceptance. This standard applies to the acceptance of water and soil conservation projects such as comprehensive management of water and soil conservation and special projects invested by the central government, local governments and foreign capital with small watersheds as the unit. The acceptance of water and soil conservation treatment funded by the masses and the society can refer to this standard;
