《GB/T 15805.5-2008鱼类检疫方法 第5部分：鲤春病毒血症病毒（SVCV）》由TC156（全国水产标准化技术委员会）归口，TC156SC11（全国水产标准化技术委员会水产养殖病害防治分会）执行，主管部门为农业农村部。
ＧＢ／Ｔ１５８０５《鱼类检疫方法》分为7个部分，本部分为ＧＢ／Ｔ１５８０５的第５部分。本部分为ＧＢ／Ｔ１５８０５的第５部分。ＧＢ／Ｔ１５８０５的本部分规定了细胞分离病毒后，用ＲＴ?ＰＣＲ 技术检测ＳＶＣＶ 的方法。本部分适用于ＳＶＣＶ 的分离和鉴定，ＳＶＣ 的流行病学调查、诊断，以及口岸出入境、国内跨区域移动的检疫。本部分与ＧＢ／Ｔ１５８０５．１―１９９５的第７章相比主要变化如下：
―――删除了临床检查；
―――改用ＰＣＲ 方法代替中和试验鉴定ＳＶＣＶ；
―――增加资料性附录Ｂ“ＳＶＣ 病毒Ｇ 基因的全序列（１５８８ｂｐ）”；
―――结构格式按ＧＢ／Ｔ１．１―２０００的规定，作为部分编写。

Scope

This part of GB/T 15805 specifies the method for detecting SVCV by RT-PCR technique after virus isolation from cells. This part applies to the isolation and identification of SVCV, the epidemiological investigation and diagnosis of SVC, and the quarantine of entry and exit at ports and domestic cross-regional movement.
