《GB/T 16271-2009钢丝绳吊索 插编索扣》由TC183（全国钢标准化技术委员会）归口，TC183SC3（全国钢标准化技术委员会盘条及钢丝分会）执行，主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本标准规定了插编的钢丝绳吊索索扣的术语、技术要求、试验方法和检验规则。
本标准适用于折回式、对插式手工插编和机械插编的六股钢丝绳吊索的索扣，其他多股钢丝绳的插编可参照执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the terminology, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of interwoven wire rope sling buckles. This standard is applicable to the buckle of the six-strand steel wire rope sling of foldback type, cross-insertion type manual insertion and mechanical insertion, and the insertion of other multi-strand steel wire ropes can be implemented by reference.
