《GB/T 1634.3-2004塑料 负荷变形温度的测定 第3部分:高强度热固性层压材料》由TC15（全国塑料标准化技术委员会）归口，TC15SC4（全国塑料标准化技术委员会通用方法和产品分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
GB/T1634的本部分规定了测定高强度热固性层压材料负荷变形温度的方法。所用的弯曲应力如GB/T1634．2一样是不固定的，而是受试材料初始(室温)弯曲模量的若干分之一(1/1000)。这样使本方法能适用于弯曲模量范围宽的材料。其他信息见GB/T1634．1―2004的第1章。

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 1634 specifies a method for the determination of the temperature of deflection under load of high-strength thermosetting laminates. The flexural stress used is not fixed, as in GB/T 1634.2, but is a fraction (1/1 000) of the initial (room-temperature) flexural modulus of the material under test. This allows the method to be applied to materials with a wide range of flexural moduli.
