《GB/T 16432-2004残疾人辅助器具 分类和术语》由TC148（全国残疾人康复和专用设备标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为民政部。
本标准建立了残疾人辅助器具的分类。本标准适用于那些主要是单个使用的辅助器具。也适用于那些在人帮助操作的情况下才能使用的残疾人辅助器具。下列术语不在本标准之内：――辅助器具的安装所用的术语；――由本标准分类中的单个辅助器组合的解决办法；――药品；――专用于保健的辅助器具和设备；――非技术解决办法，比如个人辅助、引导犬、唇读器；――植入器；――财政支持。

Scope

This standard establishes the classification of assistive devices for the disabled. This standard applies to assistive devices that are primarily intended for single use. It also applies to those assistive devices for the disabled that can only be used with the help of someone to operate them. The following terms are excluded from this standard: - terms used for the installation of assistive devices; - solutions combined with individual assistive devices in the classification of this standard; Non-technical solutions such as personal assistance, guide dogs, lip readers; — implants; — financial support.
