《GB/T 16551-2008猪瘟诊断技术》由TC181(全国动物卫生标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为农业农村部。
本标准代替GB 16551-1996《猪瘟检疫技术规范》。
本标准规定了猪瘟(CSF)临床诊断、病理学诊断及实验室诊断方法的技术要求。实验室诊断方法主要包括:兔体交互免疫试验、免疫酶染色试验、病毒分离与鉴定试验、直接免疫荧光抗体试验、荧光抗体病毒中和试验、猪瘟单抗酶联免疫吸附试验和反转录聚合酶链式反应等诊断技术。
本标准适用于猪瘟的诊断。
本标准与GB 16551-1996相比主要变化如下:
――本标准修订了GB 16551-1996中第3章“群体检疫”和第4章“个体检疫”的有关内容,删除了其中有关疫苗免疫、产地检疫和查验检疫证明等《中华人民共和国动物防疫法》等法律法规已有明确规定且不宜作为本标准条款的相关内容,保留和合并了群体和个体CSF临床症状和病理变化的有关章节,单独增写了临床和病理学诊断内容;
――本标准将GB 16551-1996中第5章“实验室检验”的内容进行了较大的修订,删除了5.1,将5.2中涉及的兔体交叉免疫试验、免疫酶染色试验、病毒分离与增毒试验、直接免疫荧光抗体
试验由原标准中附录A(补充件)和附录C(补充件)的编排格式转为本标准中的正文内容,并补充和修订了上述方法,增加了能鉴别诊断CSF自然感染和疫苗免疫抗体的单抗酶联免疫吸附试验,同时,还直接引用了《陆生动物诊断试验和疫苗手册》(2004版)中的诊断CSF抗体的荧光抗体病毒中和试验,新增了有自主知识产权的诊断CSF病毒的反转录聚合酶链式反应;
―――本标准改变了GB 16551-1996的编写格式,正文采取了对CSF诊断技术分临床和病理学诊断,病原学诊断及血清学诊断三个层次诊断技术的分类编写方式,并根据所列诊断方法的性质,进行划分和归类编写;
―――本标准修订了GB 16551-1996中第6章“综合判定”的相关内容,并将容易引起歧义的“综合判定”一词改为“最终结论判定”,增加了与之相吻合的判定标准,使其“综合判定”与诊断结果的分析相一致,删除了现行法律法规已涵盖且不适宜于本标准的第7章“检疫后处理”的有关内容。
Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for clinical diagnosis, pathological diagnosis and laboratory diagnosis methods of swine fever (CSF). Laboratory diagnostic methods mainly include: rabbit interactive immunoassay, immunoenzyme staining test, virus isolation and identification test, direct immunofluorescence antibody test, fluorescent antibody virus neutralization test, hog fever monoclonal antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and reverse transcription Diagnostic techniques such as polymerase chain reaction. This standard applies to the diagnosis of swine fever. The five methods including rabbit interactive immunoassay, immunoenzyme staining test, direct immunofluorescence antibody test, reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and virus isolation and identification test are mainly used in the diagnosis of swine fever virus and antigen to find the virus Pigs and naturally infected pigs; the monoclonal antibody ELISA test and the fluorescent antibody virus neutralization test are mainly used for the monitoring of the swine fever antibody and the evaluation of the immune effect. Differential diagnosis can be used to distinguish between naturally infected pigs, immune pigs, strong and weak virus antibody positive pigs and CSF antibody negative pigs.
