Scope
This standard stipulates the definition, types and specifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and packaging, marking, transportation, storage, etc. of express mail envelopes (hereinafter referred to as “envelopes”). This standard is applicable to the production and inspection of postal express mail envelopes made of cardboard or non-woven fabrics for international and domestic communications.
